Dictionary.com
Enterprise Analytics Platform Migration & Monetization Uplift
The Challenge: Dictionary.com, Thesaurus.com, and GrammarCoach.com were running on a fragile, homegrown analytics framework that created tech debt, inconsistent measurement, and high reliance on offshore engineering. Monetization partners were difficult to integrate consistently across properties.
Action Taken: Led a full rebuild of the analytics stack by architecting and deploying Adobe Analytics across all three sites. Implemented standardized tagging, stitched ad-partner integrations, and refactored data flows using AWS Glue, Redshift, and S3.
The Outcome: Eliminated legacy tracking issues, reduced analytics engineering costs by 38%, improved ad-partner data reliability.
Luxury Retail- Michael Kors
EU-Wide Analytics Standardization, GDPR Compliance & Enterprise Attribution Alignment
The Challenge: Michael Kors needed a unified analytics rollout across all EU ecommerce sites, but each market had its own fragmented Adobe Analytics implementation. Inconsistent tracking, variable usage, and consent handling made cross-EU reporting unreliable and raised GDPR compliance concerns.
Action Taken: Redesigned the Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics architecture to create a single, scalable framework used across every EU market. Standardized event definitions and variable mappings, implemented GDPR-aligned consent gating and data-minimization practices, and introduced governance and QA processes to ensure long-term consistency and regulatory compliance.
The Outcome: Enabled accurate, comparable reporting across all EU sites and improved attribution clarity for regional and global campaigns.
Ecommerce Site
Behavioral Fraud Detection Tagging System
The Challenge: An ecommerce client saw a spike in fraudulent transactions but had no behavioral tracking in place to understand how suspicious users were navigating the site. The risk team lacked visibility into abnormal click patterns, location mismatches, or repeated checkout attempts.
Action Taken: Implemented a behavioral fraud-tagging layer using Google Tag Manager and GA4. Captured key signals such as clicks, scroll behavior, device details, and geolocation. Integrated AbuseIPDB to enrich GA4 events with IP risk scores and routed high-risk sessions into the client’s internal alerting workflow.
The Outcome: Fraud attempts dropped by 27%, and risk operations gained reliable behavioral telemetry for faster investigation and automated alerts. GA4 now serves as a structured data source for ongoing fraud detection and monitoring.

About Me
Turning messy tracking into meaningful measurement
Analytics should drive action, not confusion.
I'm Courtney, a digital analytics consultant specializing in clean, privacy-compliant measurement for ecommerce and enterprise brands.
Over the last several years, I've helped ticketing platforms, luxury retailers, and growth-focused ecommerce teams rebuild broken funnels, fix inaccurate tagging, and unlock insights they can trust. My background spans GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics, and performance tracking across complex tech stacks, including API integrations, ELT pipelines, cloud-based data warehousing, and transformation workflows built for scale.
Clients typically bring me in when:
- Data looks “off” and no one can explain why
- Teams need a clean, scalable event setup, not just duct-taped tags
- Cross-brand or multi-country attribution needs to actually make sense
- Analytics infrastructure needs to scale with cloud-native tooling
I'm AWS Certified Data Engineer and certified in Adobe Analytics, GA4, Security+, and Google's AI Essentials. I've built systems that support experimentation, fraud detection, and real-time insights—all without compromising privacy or performance.
With a foundation in both analytics engineering and cybersecurity, I bridge the gap between marketing data and digital defense. I’m CompTIA Security+ certified and build tracking systems that respect user privacy, mitigate risk, leverage modern cloud architectures, and support secure, scalable decision-making.
My philosophy is simple:
Every tag should serve a purpose. Every dashboard should be actionable. And your team should know exactly what your data is (and isn’t) telling you.
